Aftercare Policy

Instructions: Aftercare instructions will be provided verbally and in written form after the tattoo is completed. It is the client's responsibility to follow these instructions to ensure proper healing.

Liability: The shop is not liable for complications arising from improper aftercare. Clients are encouraged to contact the shop if they have any questions or concerns during the healing process.

Appointment and Cancellation Policy

Booking: Appointments require a non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to the final cost of the tattoo. Walk-ins are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Cancellations/Rescheduling: Clients must provide at least 48 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the deposit. Multiple cancellations or reschedules may require additional deposits.

Health and Safety Policy

Age Requirement: Clients must be at least 18 years old to receive a tattoo. Valid ID is required at the time of the appointment.

Health Precautions: Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or skin sensitivities prior to the tattoo session. The shop reserves the right to refuse service if the client's health condition could compromise the safety of the procedure.

Sterilization: All equipment is sterilized according to health department regulations. Needles and other single-use materials are disposed of after each use to prevent cross-contamination.

Behavior and Conduct Policy

Client Conduct: The shop maintains a respectful and professional environment. Disruptive behavior, including excessive intoxication, harassment, or disrespect toward artists or staff, will not be tolerated and may result in the refusal of service.

Guests: Clients may bring one guest to accompany them during the tattoo session, provided the guest is respectful of the shop's environment and policies. Minors are not allowed in the tattoo area.
